What does security mean to you?

Today is one of those days where I have a nagging feeling in the back of my mind. Can't quite put my finger on it but it's there.  My intuition tells me that something is amiss.  Maybe it was the big fire just across from my living area.  Maybe it's the feeling that everytime I go outside the wire the shit could hit the fan.  But that's a normal feeling here.  I'm due to go on a patrol tonight but I am going out with a crew I do not know so well.  So I guess security for now is hearing my next door neighbor playing Jack Johnson full blast on his stereo.  Some snippet of my former life back in Connecticut.  I pine for it so.  I shall pray for gratitude.
